I would like to update you on the EGM, AGM & Annual Dinner, scheduled for 2nd June 2020.
Unfortunately due to the current situation, holding a meeting for more than 8 people is not permitted. In addition, not enough of our members are able to return to Cabrera at this time, and so we do not have sufficient attendees to make a quorum. Consequently, I have no choice but to postpone the EGM, AGM and Annual Dinner for a date to be set later in the year.
I do apologise for any inconvenience caused and will of course give you 30 days notice of the new date, which will be set when we know the position more clearly. Thank you for your understanding.
